This is our most lively and challenging class, designed especially for toddlers and pre-schoolers. Each 40 minute session is packed with a wide variety of physical and social play activities, introducing pre-gymnastics skills and simple games, and encouraging creative movement. Sessions are based around fun, educational themes, from colours and numbers, to animal antics and even space travel!
Attending classes is a great opportunity to build your child’s confidence and social skills through a group environment, while enjoying focused time together. You will also pick up lots of ideas to enable you to continue the fun (and learning) at home.

Classes include:
· Warm up songs and stretches.
· Structured physical and musical activities based around our theme.
· Play time with a wide range of soft play and mini gym equipment, plus toys, games and puzzles to encourage physical, sensory and creative exploration.
· Parachute play, instruments, bubbles and more...
Much more than just a physical workout, classes also help to build social and communication skills, including taking turns and sharing, and see their confidence soar, as our Action Tots run, jump, roll, balance, sing and dance – but mostly just have fun!
