Each song has an accompanying activity guide (not the CD version), which includes the song lyrics, suggested actions or movements to go along with the song, many of which are inspired by yoga and unique to Tots Play, plus information about the benefits your little one will get from each activity. You might also want to try your own actions or adapt them depending on your child's age.
All the songs have been specially recorded for Tots Play and have superb sound quality. They come in MP3 format for easy download to Windows Media, iTunes etc or via High Quality CD.
