Hi I’m Steph, and I’m beyond excited to be running Tots Play classes in Dubai.

Originally from Liverpool in the UK, I moved to Dubai during Covid with my husband Neil and two amazing children Sophia and Freddie. It was a big leap of faith, but I believe in fate and taking chances and we were all ready for our next adventure.

Before Tots Play I was a primary school teacher for many years for most of which I specialised in Early Years. I have always been passionate about working with children, planning engaging lessons, helping with their development and watching them achieve some key milestones. There are many WOW moments, especially when they discover and realise they have learned and achieved something new.

Although I love teaching, over the last couple of years, I have been ready for a change and wanting to do something for me that I was still passionate about but that also gave me more flexibility around my own family life, so I was so happy when I found Tots Play.

Our programme includes all my favourite activities in one- baby massage, baby yoga, sign language, sensory play and much more. My experience of being a teacher ensures that my Tots Play classes give your child every opportunity to grow, learn new skills, develop at their own pace, use their imagination, doing this within a fun social setting.

You will make special memories with your child, learn new activities you can easily try at home, meet other parents who will become a support network as you will all be going through the same thing and have reassurance that you will be in a relaxed environment.

After I gave birth to my first child, I remember feeling overwhelmed as a new mum and it was my husband who encouraged me to get out and attend some baby classes. Not only did it get me out the house, it gave me confidence in myself, I got special bonding time with my baby and met some amazing mums who became friends for life and it has been lovely watching our children grow up together. I would share some of the activities we had learned at class with my husband and then he would try these at home, also giving him some extra bonding time. These are just some of the things that you can get from attending Tots Play classes with me.
