Job Title: Franchise Support Manager
Location: Rogerstone, Newport
Salary: £28,000 pro rata
We all need to feel supported. At Tots Play, our award-winning programme of developmental play classes are all about supporting babies, toddlers and their parents or carers and helping them to have a positive experience of the early weeks, months and years of being a young family. Our franchise programme focuses on supporting our network of franchisees to create the business and lifestyle they aspire to as they deliver these classes and services in their community.
Could You Support Our Expansion?
Operating from our Rogerstone based head office, we are a family run company, with over 40 franchisees across the UK, each of whom runs their own, independent business, under our umbrella.
Making sure our franchisees are cared for and have what they need to effectively run and grow their businesses mean that they are able to offer a better service to their customers as well as reaching more of them, which is why the role of franchise support manager is such an important one.
As our network of franchisees continues to expand, we are now looking for a special person to take on this role, supporting and strengthening our head office team by taking responsibility for inspiring, encouraging and supporting our franchisees to meet and exceed their individual goals, while also helping to develop our wider brand presence and impact.
Having either previously run a business yourself, worked with small business owners in some capacity, or in a coaching, business development or account manager role, the ideal candidate for this position has an understanding of some of the challenges business owners face and a strong desire to support them on both a practical and emotional level.
You’re looking for a new challenge and are keen to use and develop your skills in a part time role, with aspirations to grow and develop with the business. You share a passion for what our business does, and have the desire to help drive the business forward with us. You see yourself as having the following attributes...
You Get Things Done
As someone who takes great pride in what you do and always aims for excellence, you get a high level of satisfaction from taking ownership of managing projects, of following through and getting things done and from seeing the positive results of your actions.
You Always Seek To Improve
You love to learn and to develop yourself and your skills, prefer to focus on solutions rather than problems and aim for continuous improvement in everything you do.
You're Organised, Adaptable and Decisive
While you take pride in being organised and reliable, you are also able to be flexible, adaptable and resourceful and will take the initiative in order to meet your objectives and complete tasks and assignments to a high standard.
You thrive on effectively assessing situations, prioritising, and making strategic decisions, in line with the objectives of your role, to move things forward.
You Build Strong Relationships
You're a "people person" with great communication skills and enjoy and are adept at relating to a wide range of people and forging strong and positive relationships with them. You are able to recognise and cultivate the potential in others, positively influencing their actions, encouraging them to have high standards for themselves, and to strive for their goals.
You Want to Make a Difference
