Hi, I’m Claire and I am excited to be able to share the fun and benefits of Tots Play with families in Cannock and the surrounding areas.

I am a qualified early years teacher and have enjoyed working with children of nursery and primary school age for over 20 years. I live near Cannock with my partner Martin and our two young daughters Grace and Anna. As lockdown impacted on all our daily lives, I began to realise I was ready for a change in my working life. When I discovered Tots Play I knew at once I wanted to be part of this exciting programme, and to continue working with families in our community but in a different way.

The Tots Play programme is unique in that it offers so many activities. This means you can experience and learn about; baby massage, baby yoga, baby sign language and sensory play and more all in one class! Bringing all these fantastic experiences together makes it amazing value and a fun and interesting class for you and your little one too.

Starting a baby class can seem daunting but at Tots Play we understand and are here to help and support you and your little one. You and your child's needs always come first and it is quite common for members of the group to have to stop to feed or change baby or sit and watch so they can try the new ideas at home when baby is ready to try them. I make sure my classes are friendly and supportive so you soon get to know everyone and feel part of the group.

We offer a variety of classes for babies from birth up to pre-school age. A popular class is the Baby Development course that last 6 weeks and is packed full of great tips and information on how to play and help your baby in those first few months of life.

I wish I had been able to take my daughters to Tots Play classes when they were babies, there is so much really useful knowledge and advise in the Baby Development course and so many fun activities to try in Discovery, Social and Action Tots classes with lots of super ideas to take and use at home.
