The summer holidays can sound lovely on paper. A break from the usual routine, slower mornings and more time together. But when you're caring for a baby or toddler the reality can sometimes feel a little different! Suddenly your regular activities have stopped, the days seem much longer than usual and by the middle of the week you're already wondering where you can go, what you can do and how you're going to keep your little one entertained for another afternoon.

That's exactly why our Summer Specials are so popular.

Everything you love about Tots Play, but with a summer twist, and with the opportunity to join us on selected dates and venues throughout the summer.

If you attend already, it's nice to know that you and your little one have something fun to look forward to and somewhere welcoming and familiar to go that you both know you already love, and if you've been meaning to try us out, our Summer Specials are a great way to come and see what Tots Play is all about ahead of the Autumn Term.

No scrolling through local event listings, no wondering whether somewhere will be suitable for your little one (and no trying to think of something new to do for the fifth day in a row!) Just a chance to get out of the house, enjoy some quality time together, and make some lovely summer memories along the way.

We have four exciting summer themed sessions, perfect for both babies and toddlers and each a little different. Here's a quick rundown:

Teddy Bears Picnic

A lovely adventure with our favourite cuddly friends! Themed songs, sensory play, movement activities and picnic fun. A class all about teddies and food - what more could a Tot want!

In the Garden

Discover the wonders of the garden, at this lovely nature themed class. Come and head down to the bottom of the garden to see what you can find. Lots of smiles along the way are guaranteed!

Festival Fun

Festival fun isn't just for grown ups! Get them started early at this colourful, fun session full of music, celebration and maybe even a baby friendly mud pit or rave tent!

and our Beach Parties!

Always a favourite! We bring the seaside to class with a beach themed adventure for your little one at this fun filled session. Don't forget your beach towel and sunglasses!

Of course, while each of our summer sessions have their own theme, you'll still enjoy everything that makes Tots Play special.

The perfect mix of music, movement, sensory play, physical activities, signing, songs, bubbles and interactive fun, all carefully designed to engage your little one while supporting their development through play. And because every child is different, there's never any pressure to do things a certain way.

If your little one wants to jump straight in, wonderful. If they need a cuddle first, want to watch from your lap for a while, or become completely fascinated by one particular activity, that's absolutely fine too!

Our Summer specials are relaxed, friendly and welcoming - just like all our classes! Giving your little one the freedom to explore at their own pace while you enjoy spending time together and doing something a little different than just your normal weekly class. And something to do in the holidays, which is a win win!
